Financeinsightpro is a management reporting practice in Singapore. We sell speed: a pack on a named date, figures you can recover in the room, and a monthly cycle that still belongs to that month.
Growing companies in this city are not short of activity. They are short of a month they can still act on. Bank, processor, CRM and three workbooks each hold a slice. The slice is assembled after the campaign has already run.
The market already has accountants, auditors and full-time finance leads. The gap we chose is the week between “the ledger posted” and “leadership can decide”. That week is where hiring, spend and pricing either wait or go through on instinct.

Principles
The pack ships on a published day. If a feed is late, the pack declares it. Moving the date to wait for a tidy file is how the month is lost.
Any material number can be rebuilt from a source file in the meeting. If it cannot, it does not go in the pack. Plugs are named or they are refused.
Tabs do not wander from month to month. When the data are too thin for a strong claim, we write that down rather than dressing a guess as a KPI.
We are a retained analytics practice, not a second finance department and not a software licence. If you need a full-time finance lead, hire one; we will feed that person. If you need statutory accounts, call your accountant.
Work is impersonal on purpose: approach, services, process, principles. We do not publish a team page. The people who map the file are the people who still read the release.
