These terms apply to the website financeinsightpro.pro and to enquiries sent through it. The contracting party is Financeinsightpro. Effective 2026.
This site describes management reporting and financial analytics services for businesses. Content is provided so you can decide whether to contact us. It is not a bid, not an offer capable of acceptance by browsing, and not investment, tax or legal advice. Indicative prices on the Engagements page are planning ranges in Singapore dollars. A binding engagement exists only when both sides have agreed a written scope.
By sending the form you confirm the details are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share them. Do not send information you are not allowed to disclose. We may decline work that would require us to alter figures to a preferred story, or that sits outside management reporting.
A signed engagement will name deliverables, dates, fees in S$, and the client owner. You remain responsible for source data, for decisions you take on the back of a pack, and for statutory, tax and legal filings. We remain responsible for building the agreed artefacts with recoverable figures and for saying when the data cannot support a claim. We do not accept success fees or any fee tied to revenue, valuation or a financing event.
You keep ownership of your source data. After handover, you may use the working files we built for your internal management reporting. You may not resell those files as a product or present them as a licence from us to a third party. The Financeinsightpro name, this site’s design and the text on it remain ours. Playbooks are illustrative scenarios, not warranties of a result.
The website is provided as seen. We take care with the copy; we do not warrant that every page is complete for your situation. To the extent Singapore law allows, Financeinsightpro is not liable for decisions taken solely from public pages on this site. For a paid engagement, liability is limited as set out in that engagement letter. These terms are governed by the law of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
