Short answers. Then the form.

Speed, scope, price and what we will not do. If your question is not here, send it — we reply within one working day.

How fast is the first pack?

The diagnostic sprint is fourteen days from kickoff, provided extracts exist and a named owner can decide a definition. You receive a dictionary, a first management pack and a walkthrough. If the systems cannot support a pack in that window, we say so in the first two days rather than stretching the calendar in silence.

Do you replace our accountant?

No. Keep your accountant and whoever holds the finance seat. Financeinsightpro builds the management artefact those people use to talk to each other while the month is still warm. We do not file statutory accounts, and we do not take over bookkeeping.

What systems do you connect?

Whatever already holds revenue, cash and people cost — typically a ledger, a bank export, billing or a commerce platform, and a payroll file. We wire feeds that exist. We do not require a new software licence to start. If an extract is messy, the sprint maps that; it does not pretend the mess is gone.

How do you price?

Indicative planning ranges in Singapore dollars sit on the Engagements page. A 14-day sprint is typically S$7,200–12,000. A longer reporting build is S$10,000–19,500. A monthly rhythm is S$2,600–5,900 per month with a three-month minimum. Board-pack support is S$1,800–3,600 per cycle once a build exists. We quote after a scoping call. These figures are not offers.

Do you give investment, tax or legal advice?

No. Financeinsightpro provides management reporting and financial analytics services for businesses. We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice. Commentary in a pack is limited to movement in defined measures.

Can you work remotely?

Yes. Remote across SGT hours is the default. The office is at 6 Shenton Way, #28-02, OUE Downtown 1, Singapore 068809. Visits are by appointment, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:30 SGT, closed on public holidays.

What do we need to start?

Last month’s P&L, even if it is late or contested. Bank, billing and payroll extracts. A list of entities and currencies. One person who can decide a definition. Write the one question the current pack cannot answer. That is enough for a first reply.

Do you work with multi-entity or multi-currency groups?

Yes. Extra entities and currencies move the quote because they change the dictionary and the consolidation. The pack still traces a line back to the entity file it came from. We do not invent a fourth set of numbers for the board.

Who owns the files?

You do. Working files sit in a location you control after handover. We keep copies only as needed to deliver the engagement and as described in the privacy notice. There is no lock-in licence.

How quickly do you reply?

Form messages are read on working days. You should have a reply inside one working day. If you write on a Friday evening, expect Monday. Urgent board dates belong in the first sentence so we can say whether the calendar still fits.
