Ranges below are planning figures in Singapore dollars for a standard engagement. They are not offers and they are not tied to a commercial outcome.
You receive
A findings note, a metric dictionary, a first management pack, and a written quote if a longer build or retainer is warranted. No software licence. No success fee.
Reporting build — S$10k–19.5k
Four to eight weeks when the sprint is not enough: more entities, a dashboard in scope, or a unit model that needs its own grain. Two review rounds. Extra rounds are named as optional lines.
You receive working files, the dictionary, a refresh instruction and a recorded walkthrough. Dashboard work is a line item, not assumed.

Monthly rhythm / month
Collect–draft–release–review on named days. Three-month minimum.
Board-pack support — S$1.8k–3.6k per cycle
A board or investor pack assembled from the existing dictionary, on your calendar. Issued 48 hours before the meeting where the calendar allows. Available once a reporting build exists.

Does not move a quote
A request to “make revenue look stronger”. A success fee. A share of “uplift”. We will not accept an arrangement that ties an invoice to revenue, valuation or a financing event.
Builds bill in two or three stages: after the data-audit note, at draft pack, and at handover. Travel inside Singapore is not billed separately for Shenton Way meetings in ordinary hours. Work outside Monday–Friday 09:00–18:30 SGT is by prior agreement.
