Management reporting pack
Profit, cash and a short list of operating measures in a fixed format. Same tabs every month so the board learns where to look.

Six artefacts. One dictionary. A date on the calendar. We build the pack growing companies actually open — then keep it honest each month.

Profit, cash and a short list of operating measures in a fixed format. Same tabs every month so the board learns where to look.
See cash 13 weeks out. Receipts follow real customer terms. Outflows follow supplier, payroll and tax calendars you already have. Base, slower and stretch paths live in the same file so a hiring or inventory decision can be tested in the meeting.
We do not forecast from a growth slogan. If a receipt is not evidenced, it stays in the stretch case and the pack says so.
13 wks
Update without rebuilding. The horizon walks forward each week.
Cost to win a customer, months to earn that cost back, and contribution after variable costs — split by product and channel. When paid media or a marketplace take-rate moves, the model moves with it instead of hiding the leak in a blended number.
A short set of tiles the operating team can open mid-week. Not a second source of truth — the same definitions as the pack, refreshed from the same feeds. If a figure cannot be recovered in the room, it does not go on the wall.
Also in scope
Written definitions, source systems and cut-off rules. This is the artefact that stops the month being rebuilt in Slack the night before the review.
A stable tab set assembled from the same dictionary, issued ahead of the meeting. Commentary is limited to movement in defined measures. We do not write a commercial pitch.
Not bookkeeping. Not audit. Not tax, legal or investment advice. Keep your accountant and whoever holds the finance seat. We supply the artefact those people use while the month is still warm. See how the sprint runs
